FORGED CARBON FRAME
Our exclusive Prepreg composite is made from layers of pressed, heated and molded military-grade carbon fiber sheets to optimize strength and reduce weight.
ADAPTIVE LOWER FRAME
Every leg shape is different and unique. POD's radically progressive and patented design fits and captures the lower leg, reducing the chance and severity of rotational force (twisting) injuries.
HUMAN MOTION HINGE
Inspired by the human body, our patented technology harnesses the power of synthetic ligaments made from Vectran fibers (5 times stronger than steel) to provide progressive, multidirectional motion control.
IMPACT SYSTEM
The class-leading CE Level 2 full-coverage protection system features a patented viscoelastic polymer designed to respond to impacts by absorbing and dispersing forces.
ADAPTIVE CUFF
Increases comfort by adapting to any size or shape of leg, accommodating muscle movement and dispersing load, reducing the risk of femoral fractures.
HEX GRIP COMFORT LINER
Allows better grip to limit brace migration, reacts to heat by allowing airflow around the leg, and helps mitigate moisture, odor, and bacteria for a more comfortable ride.
